Zheng is a young Chinese man who has worked in Italy since childhood. After leaving factory work behind, he has managed to build a position for himself, yet he still feels isolated. The discipline imposed by his job clashes with his desire to connect with his peers: to escape solitude, Zheng will have to choose which part of himself to follow.
Academic interview with Giacomo Sebastiani on the short film Zheng and the representation of Chinese migration in Italy.
