Synopsis
Armandə, 72, lives in Brescia. They are Armando and Armanda, a believer and a sex worker, a conservative and a passionate photographer. Gravely ill, Armandə holds a hidden treasure: the story and photographs of a clandestine brothel that became a refuge for the first transgender movement in 1970s Brescia, La Dollhouse. Before disappearing, Armandə wants to reveal this legacy to the world and perhaps reconcile their identities.
