Enrico Giovannone

A profile built around editing, post-production and independent production: working on the story before the film reaches its final form.

Enrico Giovannone

From editing to production.

Enrico Giovannone is an editor, producer and co-founder of Malfé Film. His practice comes from post-production and from working on the inner rhythm of materials: a skill that shapes the narrative construction of films and the dialogue with authors, producers and partners.

He has edited documentaries and films selected and awarded by Italian and international festivals, including Rata nece biti! / Non ci sarà la guerra, winner of the 2009 David di Donatello, Ruggine, presented at Giornate degli Autori, and Malfé catalogue works such as Zheng, Sunday Night, Restare and Il senso della terra.

At Malfé Film he works across production, editing and editorial support, with particular attention to the continuity between development, shooting, archive work and post-production.
